Amos Lee Hodges passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at the age of 80.  He was born on Wednesday, September 21, 1938 in Collinsville, Mississippi to the late Beulah Murray and the late John Leon Hodges.  He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Amos is survived by his children; Richard P. Hodges (Tami), Brian Hodges (Melissa), Kevin Hodges, Lisa Hodges Kelley (Warren), Summer Hodges (Joey), grandchildren; Bradley, Brandi, Zackrey, Jade, Sage, Hayden, Harleigh, Hallie, Ashlynn, and Aiden, two great grandchildren, daughtert-in-law, April Hodges and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline DeSalvo Hodges; parents; John Leon Hodges and Beulah Murray; son, John Hodges; and sister, Mary Dufrene; .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Ponchatoula on Friday, October 19, 2018, 9:00 am - 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
