Brian Harter Boudreaux passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 32.  He was born on Wednesday, December 19, 1984 in Gretna, Louisiana to Tracy Anne Harter and Dean Anthony Boudreaux.  He was a former resident of St. Tammany Parish and a current resident of Hammond, Louisiana.  Brian was a wonderful fiancé, father, son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend.  He worked in construction, as well as mechanics. Brian had a passion for fast cars, and loved cruising in his many vehicles. He had a deep affection for animals. He rescued many animals, all of which were so very lucky to have him as a fur-parent. Brian was passionate about many things, but nothing could surpass his passion and love for his family.

Brian is survived by his loving family: his fiancée, Kandis Thane; his children, Brackston Boudreaux and Sofia Boudreaux; Kandis's son, Payton Jett; father and stepmother, Dean & Melanie Roberts Boudreaux; mother and stepfather, Tracy Harter Boudreaux Fitzgerald and Paul J. Fitzgerald; three sisters, Alexis Sierra Boudreaux-Thomas, Brighton Madysen Boudreaux, and Bridget Caroline Boudreaux; grandparents, John V. Harter, Elaine B. Harter, Patricia Longenbaugh, Robert T. Fitzgerald, Jeanne R. Fitzgerald, and Mary B. Nicholson; great-grandmother, Lillian E. Richardson; and special cousin and friend, Robbie Sheehan.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sheila Walsh Harter and Lawrence Longenbaugh; and his best friend, Shawn Liuzza.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 5:00 pm.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and continue until 5:00 pm.
