Charles (Chuck) Edward Cobb, 75, of Ponchatoula, LA, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on Saturday, August 26, 1944 in Blunt County, Alabama.

Member of Lee’s Landing UMC, Pine Grove, Lodge #288, F&AM, Nova Stella # 36 OES, Jerusalem Shriners, Retired Boilermaker Local #582, Baton Rouge.  He Loved to fish and hunt, Chuck especially loved his daughters, son-in-law’s, and grandchildren.

Survived by his wife of 55 years, Sophie Nell Lavigne Cobb, daughter’s: Renee’ (Billy) Everett, Dianne (Bob) Lowe and Karen (Aaron) Falk, III. Grandchildren:  Amanda Everett, Daniel Everett, Ashley (David) Boone, Brittany Lato (Lowe), Crystal Lowe, Dalton Lowe, Tyler Falk, and Alexandra Falk.  Great grandchildren: Amerie Freeman and Carter Lato.  Brother’s: Frank Cobb and Joe Cobb of Centre, AL.  Aunt’s:  Catherine Cobb Jenkins of Chickamauga, GA and Ann Witt of Leesburg, AL.  

Preceding in death his father Ty Cobb and mother Elsie Witt Cobb Gates, stepfather, James O. Gates. Sister’s: Etta Ruth Higgins, Rita Hudgins, Brenda Lindsey and Belinda Hawkins. Brother’s: Dale Cobb and Ty Cobb, Jr. and numerous Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins.

The family would like to thank everyone for all their prayers.

Chuck never became a Tigers Fan, Roll Tide!
