Darlene Joanne Bushey, 54 years old of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at home with her family by her side. She was born on Monday, September 9, 1963, in Lakewood, Ohio to Donald Detwiler and Dorothy Springer Detwiler. Darlene was very proud of working as the office manager of a law firm.She enjoyed life and loved to check on the weather, Harley's and animals but she especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Darlene is survived by her loving husband, Keith Oliver Bushey, her son, Jeremy Bushey and his wife Batsheva, her daughters, Karen Miley and her husband Ryan and Sarah Dominguez and her husband Steven, her mother, Dorothy Springer Detwiler, her grandchildren Kailey, Aiden,Amber, Eli, Evan, Emily and Carter and her brother, Daniel Detwiler, also numerous other family members and friends.
Darlene is preceded in death by her father Donald Detwiler.
A Memorial Service Celebrating Darlene's Life will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018, 2:00pm at her daughter Karen's home, 26465 Prentiss Miley Rd. in Angie, Louisiana.
