Dee Ann Lewis , 56 years old of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at North Oaks Medical Center.
She was born on Tuesday, April 19, 1960, in Reeves County, Texas to Marion and Audrey Lewis.
Dee Ann is survived by her son, Chaz Morgan and his wife Ashley and her daughter, Abigelle Maranto.
A Memorial Visitation and Service celebrating Dee Ann's Life will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 5:00pm -7:00pm
at the Oak Tree Life Center in Hammond.
