Diane E. Shuman of Hammond, LA, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Pastor Kenneth Shuman; her mother, Betty Edmonson; her siblings, Bonnie Barilla, Randy Eisenman, Pam Eisenman, Carla Hartz; and sister-in-laws, Donna Uldriks and Kate Wendorf. She is the beloved mother of Leisa Burke and Kenneth Shuman II, and beloved grandmother of Andrew, Allison and Caitlyn Burke, and Ashlynn and Payton Shuman; along with many nieces and nephews. She is greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial services will be held at Lutheran Church of the Galilean, LaPlace, LA, Friday October 21, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to Lutheran Church of the Galilean, LaPlace, LA or ELCA World Hunger (www.elca.org/hunger).
Interment will be private in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, PA.
