Elizabeth Ann Blanchette Meyers, 89 years old, a resident of Watson, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. She was born on Thursday, January 22, 1931 in Beaumont, Texas.
Elizabeth is survived by a sister, Melba Blachette Frank, two sons, Ornold C. Meyers, Jr. and David J. Meyers, and a daughter, Jenet Meyers Goff; three grandsons, Stephan M. Goff, Paul A. Goff, and Darrin C. Meyers; son-in-law Michael M. Goff; a daughter-in-law, Judith Petrosky Meyers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard Blanchette and Ada Bowers Blanchette; her husband, Ornold Meyers, Sr.; and a sister Betty Blanchette Fridley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at Sand Hill Cemetery, 40098 Sandhill Cemetery Road (off of LA Hwy 22), Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 11:00 am.
