Ethel L. McMorris, age 66, of Uneedus, Louisiana, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 26, 2020, at the home. She was born on Sunday, January 31,1954, in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, to Billy and Ruby Thompson McMorris. Ethel enjoyed life and loved cooking, fishing, gardening, yard work and making jelly, but she especially loved spending time with her family.
Ethel is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Populis, her children,Archie Populis and his wife Jacqueline, Kerri Populis, Chris Populis and Terry Populis and his wife Nicole, her grandchildren, Hagan Populis, Wyatt Populis, Landon Populis, Jessica Peek and her husband Devon, Savannah Loyd, Avie Thompson, Lance Thompson, Remington Populis, Dakota Populis, Caden Populis, Brylee Populis, Gracie Populis and Morgan Populis, her sisters, Brenda Anthony and her husband Arnold and Margie Tucker and her brother, Tommy McMorris, also, many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Ruby Thompson McMorris and her brother, B.J. McMorris.
