Evert "EP" "Hungry" P. Exnicious Jr., 77 years old of Albany, Louisiana, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. He was born on Wednesday, March 26, 1941 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi to Evert, Sr. and Bessie Chouest Exnicious. Hungry’s father passed away when Hungry was 2 yrs old. Hungry’s mother remarried John Benigno. Hungry was raised by John and Bessie Benigno in Bay St. Louis where he attended St. Stanislaus College as a youth. Hungry was a sheriff’s deputy with Hancock County for many years and the General Manager for Charlie Henderson Ford in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi for 10 years and for the last 15 years the Executive Manager for Gerry Lane Enterprises in Baton Rouge. Hungry enjoyed life and loved working, fishing, law enforcement, collecting guns and hunting. Hungry was predeceased by his younger brother, John Julian Benigno

Hungry is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Rae, his son, Kirk Exnicious, his sister, Brenda Corey and her husband Paul, his niece, Gina Corey, his nephew, John Corey and 2 special friends, Eric Lane and Mark Wandrei.

A Visitation for Hungry will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Grace Memorial Episcopal Church in Hammond. A Memorial Service Celebrating Hungry’s Life will immediately follow visitation 1:00pm in the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
