Frank Guagliardo, Jr. passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, at the age of 87.  He was born on Monday, December 30, 1929 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Annie Landry Guagliardo and Frank Guagliardo, Sr.  He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana and proudly served in the US Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran.  He retired from the Louisiana Air National Guard as a Senior Master Sergeant.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Fay Ann Tycer Guagliardo; 4 sons, Mark Guagliardo, Robert Guagliardo, Dennis Guagliardo, and Meinrad Guagliardo; 2 daughters, Anthea Robert and Dominica Sullivan; and brother, Nicholas (Zeke) Guagliardo.  Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Notariano Guagliardo; parents, Annie and Frank Guagliardo, Sr.; brothers, Anthony, John (Pete), Jerome, and Lawrence Guagliardo; and sisters, Antonia Mitchelle, Nora Jones, and Lou Anna DePaula.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 601 North Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 am until the mass begins at 11:00 am.

A private interment will be held  by the family at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
