Georgia Mitchell Clark, of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the age of 94. She was born on April 1, 1925, in Mount Hermon, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Louie and Rena Riley Mitchell.
Georgia is survived by her nieces and nephews, Elaine Clark Stanga, Betty Clark Curry, Eugene Clark, and Gary Clark; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her 2 sisters, Lula Gladys Mitchell and Fannie Mitchell Clark, and 2 brothers, Enos and Roy Mitchell.
Services were held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula on Monday, May 6, 2019, with interment at Bedico Community Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
