Gerard Thomas Gannon passed on November 29th 2018 at the age of 83. G.T. Gannon was born to Norbert and Grace Gannon November 14, 1935. He was born in New York but spent time in Ireland during the early part of his life. He was a native of New York, Colorado and Louisiana. He traveled the world and served in the Foreign Legion in Africa and Asia to name a few. In the United States Army he was ground forces with air drop missions. He was also a private military contractor. His stories of the military were engaging to the people he cared to share his endeavors with. He also worked at various airlines but the one he chose to stay with was Eastern Airline. Our father was well known for his honor, discipline, determination, pride and the love of his family.

He is survived by: Sisters-in-law Mary E. Biedermann, Susan Gannon, Daughters, Amanda K. Gannon and Esther C. Naroola, Grandchildren: Xavier S. & wife Victoria N. Ramirez-Gannon, Americo S. Ramirez, Ian G. & wife Ayonnah Ramirez, Rosalie M. Wiltshire, Blasé T. Naroola. Great grandchildren: Jason Pierce, Evan Cruize, Eryn C. Ramirez-Gannon, Logan X. Ramirez-Gannon, Quinn M. Ramirez. Several nieces and nephews: Terrel: Thomas, Barbara, Cathleen, John, Robert, Michael, Richard. Gannon: Gigi and John.

Proceeded in death by his wife Claire Rose Biedermann Gannon, son Kurt William Gannon and daughter Veronica Ann Gannon. Norbert J Gannon, Grace Keen Gannon, Charles F. Biedermann, Margrett C. Delanie Biedermann & Betty Biedermann. Norbert Gannon, Michael Gannon. Barbara & Thomas Terrel. Solon & Dolores Izurieta Ramirez.

Services will be at Holy Ghost on Friday 7, 2018 at 9am and Mass at 11 am. Arrangements with Harry McKneely.
