Harold Joseph Connor, 83 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018, at North Oaks Medical Center.
He was born on Sunday, February 17, 1935, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Harold proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.
Harold is survived by his wife, Sylvia Pierce Connor; children, Kathleen Connor Radecker, Steven Connor, David Connor, Michael Connor, Danny Connor, Kris Connor and step-son John B. Saltzman; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; one step-grandson; and four step-great grandchildren; brother, Joseph L. Connor; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Marciante Connor Glance; father, Harold H. Connor; step-father, Clarence Glance; son, Harold J. Connor Jr.; grandson, Kenny Connor; sister Dorothy Connor Howard; and brother, Walter Connor.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at Christian Life Assembly of God, 2575 Veterans Ave, Hammond, Louisiana 70403.
