Ilene Goldberg Singer passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at the age of 82. She was born on Sunday, September 22, 1935 in Ellenville, New York and was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.
Ilene is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Donald Singer; her son, Rick Singer; and adoring grandchildren, Derick Singer, Courtney Singer, and Alex Singer.
She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Kerri Singer; and her parents, Anna Finkelstein Goldberg and Bernard Goldberg.
Ilene was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was loved and respected in life, and will be celebrated in death. Ilene will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is now at peace and has joined her mother, Anna, and daughter, Kerri, who departed this world before her. Her spirit and soul will live on forever. We love you, Ilene.
