Linda Gail Doss Palmero, 65 yearsold of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at NorthOaks Medical Center. She was born on Saturday, December 27, 1952, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Edwin Harold and Lillian Sutfin Doss. Linda enjoyed life and loved to go to casinos and country music, but she especially loved Sunday dinners with her family and spending time with her grandkids.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Joseph "Joe" Palermo, her daughter, Maggie Warmack and her husband Mike, her son, Brad Palermo, her grandchildren, Will Landry, Brant Palermo and Joseph Warmack, her sisters, Patricia Muscarello and her husband Joe, Jean Viars and Barbara Morgan, her brother, Danny K. Doss and his wife Linda, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin Harold and Lillian Sutfin Doss and her sister, Martha Nicosia,her brother in laws, Charles “Charlie” Morgan, Wayne Viars and V.A. Vaccaro.
A Visitation for Linda will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, A Funeral Service Celebrating Linda’s Life will immediately follow visitation at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.Interment will follow at the Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Albany.
In lieu of flowers all donations can be made to the family to help with burial expenses at 259 Tiger Ave,Independence, Louisiana 70443 in Linda's memory.
