Louis Bradney "Brad" Addison, native of Hammond and resident of Albany, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020, surrounded by his family at his home at the age of 64. He was born on July 12, 1955, the son of the late Preston "P.I." Addison and the late Cordelia Brunett Thomas. Brad was a true country boy at heart who loved hunting and fishing, rodeoing, spending time with his family and friends, and Alabama football. His heroes were his Dad, John Wayne, and Bear Bryant. Our memories will live forever.

Brad leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 32 years, Terry Brady Addison; son, Preston Brady Addison; sister, Kim Addison Corkern; nephews, Chance Fitzgerald and Chad Corkern; great nephew, Cayden Fitzgerald; uncle, Donald "Buck" Addison; three lifetime brothers, Brian "Calvin" LeBlanc, Gilbert Cooper, and Buzzy Bahm; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd. Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday immediately following the visitation at the funeral home, with Pastor Cody Hardy officiating.

In honor of Brad’s wishes, there will be no graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity.
