Lucille Catheryn Monistere passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 85. She was born on Tuesday, June 23, 1931, in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Maggie Milioto and the late Onofio DePrima. She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.
Lucille is survived by her daughters, Gwen Monistere, Barbara Monistere Kinchen and her husband Carter Kinchen; sister, Ann Marchese; grandchildren, Carter Kinchen, Jr., Connie Arcenaux, Chloe Bankston, and Madison Bankston; great-grandchildren, Logan Arcenaux, Chess Kinchen, and Ty Kinchen; and great-great-grandchildren, Tarrah Kinchen and Cyler Kinchen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony J. Monistere; son, Glenn Marc Monistere; two grandchildren, Levi Kinchen, and Arn Kinchen; parents, Onofio and Maggie Milioto DePrima; and two infant brothers.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
