Mark Calvin Owens passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018, in Albany, Louisiana at the age of 50. He was born on Thursday, April 11, 1968 in Hammond, Louisiana. He was a resident of Albany, Louisiana.
Mark is survived by his loving parents, Max Owens and Barbara Stein Owens; partner, Susan Gautier and her children, Trent and Bailey; aunts, Sylvia Wilson and her husband Nelson, Lily Williams and her husband Mitch, Linda Owens, Charlene Owens, and Anna Jordan; uncles, Edward Jordan and his wife Atkisa, Paul Owens and his wife Margo and Rodney Owens; special friend, Ray Munoz; and special great nephew Ray "Ray Ray" Munoz Jr..
He was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Owens Blanchard; aunts and uncles Anna Laura Pecoul, Virgie Jordan, Lillian Barnes, J.W Jordan, Huey Jordan, Richard Owens, Don Owens, Leroy Owens; and nephew, Ryan Owens.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Thursday, August 30, 2018 followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow in Holly Gardens Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
