Mary Marinoff LePore passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at the age of 99. She was born on Sunday, April 6, 1919 near Rio, Louisiana to Demetra and Mike Marinoff. During WWII, she moved to Washington D.C. and worked for the US Navy Department where she met her future husband, who was in Naval Intelligence. She worked at Hammond State School and Southeastern Campus Security and then she became a legal secretary for her husband.
Mary is survived by her sons, Tim E. LePore and Victor LePore; and sister in law, Annie Vidoni.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Demetra and Mike Marinoff; husband, William LePore; and her siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2503 Old Baton Rouge Hwy, Hammond, LA, on Decemeber 1, 2018, at 2:00 PM.
