Michael David Stevens passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the age of 55. He was a resident of N. Ft. Myers, Florida. He was born on Monday, March 18, 1963.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Kristina Stevens, sister, Teresa Stevens LaFountain and her husband Lance, brothers, Danny and John Stevens, and several Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Mary Grace Stevens.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Ponchatoula Cemetery on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 10:00 am.
