Michael Lee Vampran, 69 years old, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018. He was born on Monday, June 13, 1949, in Bear Island, Louisiana. Michael worked in the Petro-Chemical Industry until his retirement and he was also an avid NASCAR Fan and loved the outdoors.
Michael is survived by his wife, Cheryl Vampran; daughter, Amy Easley and her husband David; son, Lee Vampran; daughter Kate Vampran; grandchild, Koen Richard; sister Geraldine Ouber and her husband B.B.; and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Louise Vampran.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 9:00 am until the Funeral Service begins at 11:00 am at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454.
Interment will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in St. Helena Parish.
