Philipine "Phil" T. Fazzino, 91 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was born on Wednesday, October 20, 1926, in Hammond, Louisiana to Vito and Provedenzia Graziano Tantillo. Phil enjoyed life and loved shopping, movies and going to the casino, she especially loved her grandkids, great grandkids and spending time with her family.

Phil is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Victor Fazzino, her daughters, Peggy Fazzino Brown of Baton Rouge and Gayle Fazzino Gendron and her husband Jim of Collierville, Tennessee, her grandchildren, Brittany Barback and her husband Brad, Wes Brown and his wife Amanda, Justin Gendron and Jason Gendron and his wife Kelia, her great grandchildren, Dylan, Charlie and Annie Barback, Carter Gendron and Merribeth Brown, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.

She is preceded in death by parents, Vito and Provedenzia Graziano Tantillo, her sisters, Rose Mele, Annie Piediscalzo, Santa Vullo and Catherine DeMarco, her brother Ciro Tantillo and her son in law, Dr. James "Corky” Brown.

A Visitation for Phil will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 9:00am until 11:00am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond. A Funeral Mass Celebrating Phil's Life will immediately follow visitation at 11:00am in the church. Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond.
