Ronald Lee "Sam" Addison  passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the age of 54.  He was born on Friday, September 13, 1963 in Independence, Louisiana to the late Earline Kinchen and the late R.B. Addison.  He was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana and worked for Addison A/C, Heating & Plumbing.

Ronald "Sam" is survived by his wife, Linda Clardy Addison; son, Robert "Banjo" Benjamin Addison and wife Ashley, daughter, Christian Addison, daughter, Danielle Ballard and husband Brian, son, Brandon  Nobles, son, Chip Baker and wife Jessica, and daughter, Casie Baker; grandchildren, Taylor, Lainey, Emma, and Wyatt Addison, Brianna and Colton Miller, Abigail, Victoria, and Angelique Ballard, Laila, Brady, and Macy Nobles, Brennan, Jaycee, Alan, and Connor Baker; brothers, Ernest "Willie" Addison and wife Rhonda, Earl M Addison, and Rufus E Addison and wife Debbie, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, R.B. Addison; mother, Earline Kinchen; brother, Robert Addison; and niece, Brandy Corkern.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401, on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in Gatlin Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
