Sandra Francis Oliphant, native of Baptist, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at the age of 68. She was born on July 18, 1952, in New Orleans, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Harold Oliphant and Fay Breazeale Oliphant. Sandra was a proud veteran of the US Navy and a member of Amvets Post 68 in Springfield. She was a longtime member of New Beulah Baptist Church.
Sandra is survived by her son, Joshua Lane Davis and his wife Jennifer Gerald Davis of Albany, Louisiana; grandchildren, Madison Faye Davis, Tyler Dan Davis and Landon Lane Davis of Albany, Louisiana; brother, Steven Breazeale of Gulfport, Mississippi; and sisters, Regina Bertus of Baptist, Louisiana and Kathy McKinney of Springfield, Louisiana.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bart & Mae Breazeale and Paul & Nettie Oliphant; and brothers, Harold Bart Oliphant and Larry Oliphant.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.
A Funeral Service will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond on Wednesday at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at New Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
