Thomas Delaune, Sr. a resident of Albany, Louisiana, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016, at the age of 77. He was born in Hammond, Louisiana on September 14, 1939.
Mr. Delaune is survived by two daughters, Anna Delaune and Sharon Delaune McDonald; two sons, Thomas Delaune, Jr. and Jeff Delaune; sister, Virgie Bankson; brother, Paul Delaune; and one grandchild, Cierra Ballard.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Annino Delaune and parents, Curtis Delaune and Eunice Gatlin Prevost.
Friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, LA, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 10:00am until the funeral begins at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
