Tori Jo DiBenedetto passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 25. Tori Jo's passion was her family. She went after her dreams. Her work ethic was impeccable. One of her favorite things was to spend time with her loyal companion, Lolah, who gave her unconditional love. Tori Jo was a strong, free spirit who lived life to the fullest. She touched so many hearts along the way. Her sweet smile, compassion and kindness to everyone around her was infectious. When confronted with all of the ups and downs in her short life she met them head on with such bravery, determination, and positivity. Her strong faith in God brought her through it. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose life she touched.

Tori Jo is survived by her parents, Joey and Elaine Ridgel DiBenedetto; grandmother, Lena Alack DiBenedetto; Godmother, Tammy "Nanny" Ridgel and her fiance Eric Patrick; special cousin, Amber Serpas Johnson; Godchild, Baylor Johnson; faithful companion, Lolah; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and family.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph DiBenedetto; grandparents, Louis and Mittie Rogers Ridgel; and uncle, Tony John "T. J." DiBenedetto.

Tori Jo's family would like to thank, Dr. Ken Sherman, Dr. Melissa Desforges, Dr. Kelly Scrantz, and Dr. Robert Guilbault, as well as her work family at Dr. Megan Currier's office for all of your support.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Hammond on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church 14450 Hwy 442, Tickfaw, LA 70466 on Monday, October 14, 2019, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, Hammond, LA.
