Victor "Vic" T. Fazzino, 92 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville, Tennessee. He was born on Wednesday, July 29, 1925 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Thomas and Katie Giannoble Fazzino. Vic served in the Army during WWII  in the South Pacific from December 8, 1943 until February 19, 1946. Vic enjoyed life and loved hunting, going to the casinos, sports, LSU, Yankees, Saints and the outdoors. He was a people person and loved to talk, but he especially loved his grandkids, great grandkids and spending time with his family.

Vic is survived by his daughters, Peggy Fazzino Brown of Baton Rouge and Gayle Fazzino Gendron and her husband Jim of Collierville, Tennessee, his grandchildren, Brittany Barback and her husband Brad, Wes Brown and his wife Amanda, Justin Gendron, Jason Gendron and his wife Kelia and Jamie Gendron,  his great grandchildren, Dylan, Charlie and Annie Barback, Carter Gendron and Merribeth Brown, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Vic is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Katie Giannoble Fazzino, his wife Philipine "Phil" Tantillo Fazzino, his stepfather Tony Fazzino and his son in law, Dr. James "Corky” Brown.

A Visitation for Vic will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 9:00am until 11:00am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond. A Funeral Mass Celebrating Vic's Life will immediately follow visitation at 11:00am in the church. Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond.
