Annie DiMattia Williams, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at the age of 88. She was born on Saturday, January 27, 1934, in Hammond, Louisiana.
Annie is survived by her brother, Arcangelo DiMattia of Hammond, Louisiana, sisters, Theresa Pourciau and Imelda Webster of Tickfaw, Louisiana, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo Luca DiMattia and Irene Reid DiMattia Bravata, her son, Roy Lawrence Williams, her husband, James Lawrence Williams, brothers, Luke DiMattia Jr., Independence, Louisiana, Guy DiMattia of Tickfaw, Louisiana, and sisters, Catherine (Katie) Chapman of Ponchatoula, Louisiana and Lukeina DiMattia of Folsom, Louisiana.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday, December 17, 2022, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with the services commencing at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
