Dakota Scott Motichek, 25 years old and native of Maurepas, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016. He was born January 6, 1991, in Baton Rouge. Surviving are his parents, Thomas Joseph Motichek, Jr. and DeAnn Fugler Motichek; fiancée, Haley Stringer, and their children, Aiden & Cecilia Motichek; sister, Adellia and her fiancé Wyatt Pearson; brother, Garrett and his fiancée Destiney Lott; grandparents, Debra and Butch Rapé; grandmother, Teresa Breaux; grandfather, Thomas J. Motichek, Sr. He is preceded in death by his grandparents from the Motichek, Breaux, Fugler,and Eckart family. Friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, Louisiana, Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 12:00pm until funeral services begin at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
