Ella Yvonne Barnett Cacioppo, of Tickfaw, Louisiana, passed away at her home on Monday, February 15, 2021, at the age of 82. She was born on October 5, 1938, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Yvonne loved children and loved her work as a school bus driver for Tangipahoa Parish for over 30 years. She taught Sunday School for over 30 years at Hosanna Assembly of God and has been a devoted member of Jesus Name Lighthouse Church.
Yvonne is survived by a host of nieces, nephews and her church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Thomas Cacioppo, Sr., son, Frank Thomas Cacioppo, Jr., father, Broudine B. Barnett, mother, Lillie Mae Husser Hagan, and step father, Donice Hagan.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, with Pastor Michael Mathews officiating.
Interment will follow at Tickfaw Catholic Cemetery in Tickfaw, Louisiana.
